Choose Your Next Race!

Ever wanted to play a LEGO® Racers tournament against your sibling, but neither of you could agree on what tracks to race? Well now you can race without having to fight over the tracks! Introducing the LEGO® Racers Track Selector! This small Python 2 and 3 compatible script randomly chooses the track for you with no duplicates, allowing you to race every track if you wanted to!

LEGO® Racers Track Selector is available on the Code and Downloads page, accessible from the Navigation bar, from the GitHub project, this direct link, or an 32-bit Windows Exe! πŸ˜€

  1. Yay!
Think you can make one for LR2 too? (I can provide a list of track/route names)

    1. I’m surprised you picked this up so quickly! πŸ˜› Thanks for the interest!

If you want, I’ll compile an Exe of this so you won’t have to download Python. πŸ˜‰

      1. Turns out we’re actually starting to learn Python on the robotics team…I seriously question why, we have no use for it, it can’t be used on the robot. I don’t know. But we are. πŸ˜› I would love an executable, thank you. πŸ™‚

      2. You know why? Because you’re going to rewrite the bot’s firmware in Python as an assignment. πŸ˜› Don’t worry, I’m sure your instructor has a good reason to do so. πŸ˜‰
